The Water Boyz offers returns of products only at our sole discretion, on a case-by-case basis. Some reasons may include but are not limited to or guaranteed to be: manufacturer defects on bottles, defective caps, or spills caused thereby, or any other event in which we accept liability. This by no means constitutes a guarantee of a refund, return, exchange or any other right. All issues are assessed on a case by case basis, are governed by these Terms of Service, and will be resolved in the way we view best suited, at our sole discretion. Your usage of our site constitutes your acceptance of this Return/Refund Policy, and that we will do our best within what we consider reasonable accommodation, to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase of goods or services from us.
